2. Information we collect

• Application data — name, email, company name, website, and the long-form answers you submit through our apply form.
• Communication data — emails, calendar invites, and meeting notes when you correspond with the partnership.
• Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated traffic data: pages viewed, referring domain, device class. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

We use your information to (a) evaluate your application, (b) operate the accelerator if you join, (c) keep the alumni network connected, and (d) improve our website and program.

4. Who we share it with

We share application data only with the Vantera investment team and, with your explicit consent, with co-investors evaluating a round. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Application data is retained for up to seven years for portfolio compliance. You can request deletion at any time using the contact below.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EEA residents and CCPA for California residents), you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data.
